The one bedroom apartments, measuring from 455sq.ft, are priced from €230,000 while two bedroom apartments, measure from 615sq.ft. and are priced from €265,000.
The apartments have been imaginatively designed by Architects Terry & O'Flanagan Ltd. to take full advantage of the views of the countryside with each apartment having either a balcony or patio to complement the design.

Tax Incentives
The apartments qualify for tax relief in accordance with Town Renewal Scheme originally introduced by the Finance Act 2000 and is currently in legislation under Section 372 AR (1) TCA 1997.
Upon the purchase of an apartment in this development an individual will be entitled to a deduction of 5% of the cost of the property against their TOTAL income. This deduction is given for ten years thus allowing the purchaser to reclaim 50% of the cost of the property against their tax liability and consequently reducing the net cost of their mortgage.
Example:
Mr A buys an apartment in the development costing €275,000. In accordance with the formula set out by Revenue 79% of the purchase price qualifies for tax relief under the Town Renewal Scheme. Therefore Mr A has allowances to use against his tax as follows-:
Cost of Apartment: €275,000 x 79% = €217,250
If we are to assume that Mr A is a top rate taxpayer, the relief will give Mr A a tax refund of €4,453 per annum for the first ten years of his ownership.
If one is to compare the cost of purchasing a similar property without the tax relief, one is able to see directly the benefit of the allowances granted through the purchase in our development, the Maudelins.
