The Maudelins, Duleek, a new exclusive development of 23 luxury apartments and 6 spacious retail units will be launched at the offices of Declan Flynn & Associates in Duleek on Saturday 6th October at 11.00am.
The Maudelins development, in the heart of the historic village of Duleek, is being developed and built by Finnan Construction and consists of six 1 bedroom apartments, seventeen 2 bedroom apartments and 6 retail units.

From Saturday, 6th October, the plans of The Maudelins will be on display at the offices of Declan Flynn & Associates and the show apartments will be on view on Saturday from 11am – 4pm and Sunday from 2.00pm - 4.00pm
As there is some uncertainty in the housing market at the moment, we are thrilled to launch these apartments with significant tax relief for owner-occupiers and investors. They are right in the heart of Duleek and will enhance the lively village centre.
